Responsibilities

The individual in this role will primarily support the Finance Operations team by addressing their reporting requirements. This includes working on projects focused on report development, data analysis, process automation, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial insights to aid decision-making.

In This Role, You'll Get To

• Work closely with various Finance & IT stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, design, build and deploy solutions.
• Act as the primary contact for supporting reporting within Finance & accounting teams.
• Support the team in driving process improvements and transforming pain points into scalable solutions.
• Utilize our Atlassian suite of collaboration tools with project management principles to support cross-functional teams toward shared success.
• Work on automating Finance processes, using reporting tools, AI technologies among others
  
  
  

Qualifications

More about you

• Demonstrated success driving continuous business process and reporting improvements and change management.
• Experience working in a cross-department, cross-functional role requiring good partner relationship skills. A consultative and business partnering mindset in support of a global organization.
• Good communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Accounting/computer science
  
  
  

On Your First Day, We'll Expect You To Have

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Finance and/or Accounting operations, process and system assessments and redesign.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, BIP, FDI)
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion & SQL
