Detailed description:

Key Objectives of this Role:

Support and develop financial system applications. Individual will function as an internal consultant to the financial community to determine automation opportunities, investigate, and resolve issues with data. Assist with preparation of in-depth cause and effect analysis on a variety of complex financial issues which include creating business requirement documents, test plans, and test cases. Other objectives include maintaining user permissions, maintain data interfaces between systems, maintain end-user documentation, provide end-user training, review product enhancements for evolving business needs, and perform testing and coordinate upgrades. May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those listed here.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Specify the necessary qualifications, skills, and experience required to perform the role, including education, certifications, and work experience.

• Master’s / bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experiences / training
• Substantial work experience in a finance role, including experience with financial statements, as well as financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with multidimensional and relational database structures
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Advanced aptitude in problem-solving, modeling, and data analysis
• Detailed-oriented with focus on accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with ability to collaborate with employees at all levels within organization
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a variety of situations
• Strong negotiation skills
