We are building production‑grade, autonomous AI systems that:
• Orchestrate multiple AI agents and sub‑agents

• Handle complex workflows like multi‑voice audiobooks and multimodal publishing

We’re looking for a Founding Agentic AI Engineer who will help architect and build these systems from the ground up.

🧠 Role Overview (Founding Engineer)

As a Founding Agentic AI Engineer, you will operate with high autonomy and ownership. You will not just execute tasks — you will design, build, deploy, and evolve Boock’s core agentic AI platform.

You’ll work closely with the founders, but you are expected to:
• Operate independently
• Make technical decisions
• Own entire agent pipelines end‑to‑end
• Think like a system designer, not just a developer

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build the core of an AI company, not just contribute to a small feature.

🛠️ What You’ll Own
• Design and implement agentic AI architectures for multimodal book publishing
• Build multiple collaborating agents and sub‑agents for complex workflows
• Own agent orchestration for:
• Ebook generation
• Audiobook and audio‑script generation
• Multimodal pipelines
• Engineer robust prompt‑driven + rule‑driven systems
• Implement automated evaluation, QA, and self‑repair loops
• Deploy and monitor agentic systems in production
• Continuously improve system reliability, cost, and scalability
• Experiment with and evaluate new agent frameworks and approaches

✅ Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience with LLMs and agentic AI systems
• Strong experience in prompt engineering with constraints
• Practical experience building agents using frameworks such as:
• LangGraph
• LangChain
• CrewAI
• n8n
• or similar agent orchestration frameworks
• Solid understanding of:
• Multi‑agent coordination
• Tool‑using agents
• Agent memory and state management
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
• Experience deploying AI systems (APIs, async workflows, cloud environments)
