About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Ship features across the stack from Java/Python backends to React/TypeScript frontends, APIs, and databases.
2. Work with SQL/NoSQL, and know when to use which.
3. Experiment with applied ML plug in models, test fast, and bring intelligence into
products.
4. Use AI-native tools (Cursor, Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) to build faster and
smarter.
5. Translate messy product ideas into working code and working features.
6. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders to ship fast, learn fast, and iterate
even faster.

Salary:

₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Skills required:

Java, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Object Oriented Programming (OOP)

Other Requirements:

Builder’s mindset: scrappy, frugal, and obsessed with making things work.

1+ years of experience: internships, side-projects, or anything you’ve built counts.

Comfortable coding in Java + Python, with database know-how (SQL/NoSQL).

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and open-source frameworks.

Some hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.

Curiosity for applied ML — you’ve tinkered, you want to tinker more.
