Role Description

This is a fixed-term contract (remote) role for a Founding Full Stack AI Engineer. As our Founding Full Stack AI Engineer, you will develop and ship features across the stack (Python/LangChain backend and TypeScript frontend), build and optimise production-quality AI agents, own features from concept to deployment in a fast-paced startup environment, and collaborate directly with the co-founders on key product and engineering decisions.

We are seeking top-tier candidates for an initial 4-month extendable contract, with high performers having the opportunity to transition into a permanent founding engineer role with company equity.

Due to the intense development schedules, this cannot be pursued as a part-time role.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Strong coding skills with Python, data structures & algorithms
• Portfolio of projects/internships/hackathons showcasing coding ability
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and an ownership mindset
• Prior experience with LangChain, Generative AI, or full-stack development is a strong plus
• Generative AI (Agentic-AI, langchain, langgraph), Python, React with Typescript
