Important Compensation Note

We believe in complete transparency.

This role currently does not offer a fixed salary.

Compensation at this stage consists of:

• Meaningful ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)

• Performance based compensation opportunities

• Project based compensation opportunities

• Future fixed salary as the company scales and reaches key milestones*

What You'll Do

• Build and launch products from idea to production

• Work directly with founders on product strategy and execution

• Design scalable and maintainable software architectures

• Develop high quality web, mobile, AI, and SaaS products

• Own features end to end from planning to deployment

• Drive technical decisions and engineering best practices

• Improve product performance, reliability, and user experience

• Contribute to building a strong engineering culture

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of software development experience

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Experience building and shipping production applications

• Ability to work independently with high ownership

• Startup mindset with a bias toward action

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast moving environment

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

• React, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js

• Node.js, Python, Go, Java, .NET

• iOS or Android development

• AI, LLMs, Agentic Workflows, RAG Systems

• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• Database design and backend architecture

• DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines
