Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full stack applications using React.js, Next.js, and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance services using Java, MongoDB, and Kafka.
- Drive front-end architecture and design with React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and AWS cloud components.
- Apply Reactive Programming principles to improve system responsiveness (bonus).
- Take ownership of technical designs, code quality, and mentoring developers on best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS).
- Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to security and scalability standards.
Frontend :
- React.js & Next.js (Expert)
- JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (Strong fundamentals)
- Webpack, Babel, and modern front-end tooling
- Java (8+), Spring Boot (Hands-on experience)
- MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
- Kafka (event-driven architecture experience)
- RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture
- AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
- Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Unit Testing and Integration Testing (Jest, JUnit, etc.)
- Understanding of Reactive Programming (Project Reactor/WebFlux) Good to have
