To support our team on-site in Chennai, we are currently looking for freelance IT Support (m/f/d) to assist us in person on a flexible, part-time basis.
Your Tasks
- Hardware and software setup
- Supporting employees with IT setup for classrooms and examinations
- Assisting with local employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining internal IT documentation and helping track IT equipment
- Contributing to the design and execution of small IT-supported projects
- Preferred work experience as IT Support at an educational institution
- Good handling of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- A process-oriented way of working and flexible availability
- A high degree of reliability and team spirit
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (mandatory)
- Other regional language skills are a plus
- Based in Chennai – on-site presence is required
- Flexible working hours – we adapt to your availability
