Freelance Web Developer (Client Hire)

Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a global energy and automation company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in web development technologies, UI/UX best practices, and experience working across multiple platforms and frameworks. You will play a key role in designing and developing high-performance, responsive web applications with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead the development and maintenance of scalable, responsive web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and resolve any issues related to front-end performance or usability.
• Integrate front-end applications with server-side logic and RESTful APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Convert UI/UX designs from tools like Figma into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS implementations.
• Work with distributed teams in Agile/Scrum/Kanban setups.

Skills Required

• 8–10 years of experience in web development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript MVC frameworks such as Ext JS, Angular, or React.
• Familiarity with server-side languages such as Lua, Python, Ruby, etc.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, SQLite, Redis.
• Hands-on experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.
• Prior experience in HTML/CSS conversion from Figma designs.
• Comfortable working on both Windows and Linux environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN).
• Self-driven and quick learner with strong ownership.
• Experience working in distributed delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Ethernet/IP-based products and Home Automation applications is a strong plus.
