The ability to articulate complex ideas in simple terms for both technical and non-technical audiences. Clear and concise writing is essential for documenting requirements The ability to break down complex problems, analyze data, and identify root causes. Offering innovative solutions to business challenges, using out-of-the-box thinking to meet business goals. Collaborating with various departments to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Technical Skillsets Required :

Ability to create clear and concise flowcharts to represent processes and systems Proficiency in gathering requirements using interviews, surveys, workshops Creating use cases and user stories to capture functional requirements. Expertise in writing and managing business and functional requirements. Ability to create clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
