Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and deploy high-quality user-facing features using React.js (or similar frameworks).
2. Work with designers to translate Figma/UX designs into pixel-perfect code.
3. Optimize applications for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
4. Collaborate with the backend team to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure data consistency.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
6. Proactively identify UI/UX bottlenecks and improve customer experience.
7. Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and UI component libraries.

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

2–3 years of professional experience in front-end development.

Strong command over HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid), and JavaScript (ES6+).

Proficiency in React.js (or Vue.js/Angular) and ecosystem tools like React Router, Redux, etc.

Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS or styled-components.

Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.

Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (PRs, code reviews).

Understanding of REST APIs and integration best practices.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and product-oriented Front-End Developer with 2–3 years of experience who is passionate about crafting seamless, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces. In this role, you will work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to build and optimize features for our web and mobile platforms.

Bonus (Good to Have):

Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or React Native.

Basic knowledge of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization.

Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced startup teams.
