Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to join our Marketing (MKTG) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end of our marketing platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and visually appealing web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement UI/UX designs and optimize user experience.
• Develop interactive landing pages, email templates, and promotional web assets.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of all web pages.
• Optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers and designers to improve usability.
• Maintain and update existing web applications as per marketing requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and other modern UI libraries.
• Familiarity with WordPress and CMS-based website development.
• Experience in integrating APIs and third-party services.
• Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design tools like Photoshop or Figma.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
• Prior experience in marketing-related web development projects.
