Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer proficient in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining responsive websites, customizing WordPress themes and plugins, and ensuring high performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Customize and manage WordPress themes and plugins
• Convert design mockups (Figma/PSD) into functional websites
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
• Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
• Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely fixes

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS – theme and plugin customization
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development
• Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL
• Experience with website optimization tools (e.g., GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for web development
• Version control tools like Git (optional but preferred)

Good to Have:

• Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders
• Familiarity with WooCommerce
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Figma
• Understanding of cPanel, FTP, and DNS management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in web development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
