About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Frontend-First Full Stack Developer who thrives on crafting elegant, intuitive web experiences. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong command over modern frontend frameworks and design principles while also being comfortable working across the entire web development stack. You’ll play a key role in building scalable, high-performance applications that users love.
You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to translate ideas into engaging, performant digital products. If you're passionate about design, user experience, and clean code—and can own features end-to-end—this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development of responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs that deliver seamless user experiences.
Build full stack web features, integrating frontend components with backend services and APIs.
Ensure high performance across devices and browsers by optimizing load times and responsiveness.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with a focus on scalability.
Partner with backend developers to define and consume RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to design and architecture discussions, and uphold engineering best practices.
Monitor application performance and debug issues across the stack.
Stay up to date with the latest in frontend trends, frameworks, and tooling.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in building modern web applications, with a primary focus on frontend development.
Deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, including responsive design and accessibility principles.
Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, or other leading frameworks (Vue.js, Svelte also welcome).
Familiarity with modern frontend architecture, component-driven development, and state management tools like Redux or Context API.
Experience integrating APIs and working with asynchronous data using REST or GraphQL.
Basic backend skills using Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
Comfort working with Git, CI/CD tools, and development workflows in Agile environments.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and database fundamentals (SQL/NoSQL) is a plus.
Bonus Points For
Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or component libraries like Material UI or Chakra UI.
Familiarity with automated testing, unit/integration testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
A portfolio or examples of previous UI/UX-driven projects you've shipped.
