Overview

Position: Frontend / Full Stack Developer

Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Location: Bangalore

Payroll for Innovation for 6 months and after that will be absorbed at AT&T (client) Payroll.

Mode: Work from home during the contract period. Post full-time conversion, onsite at AT&T office (Bangalore) is mandatory.

Experience Required: 3–9 years

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required

Must-Have:

• Strong experience in front-end tech: Smart GWT, Angular, TypeScript, React, JavaScript, Rails
• Experience with backend frameworks: Spring MVC (Java), Django (Python), Ruby, Node.js
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like LESS, SASS
• Strong grasp of OOPs, client-side scripting, and RESTful JSON API integration
• Solid backend experience with Java/Python, SQL, ORM mapping, query optimization, E-R diagrams
• Multithreading, real-time systems, inter-process communication
• Hands-on with Git, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, ELK Stack
• Exposure to SOAP, XML, XSLT
• Familiar with Agile, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible), Linux-based OS, and Shell Scripting
• Experience with Cloud (preferably Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
