Frontend React Developer (Senior) (225-725)

Job Description

As a Senior Frontend React Developer, you will be an integral part of our development team, responsible for building and optimizing user-facing features with React.js. Your role will require a deep understanding of modern frontend development patterns and best practices, focusing on creating seamless and performant web applications. In this position, you will collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the development of responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will also take ownership of projects, mentoring junior developers and leading initiatives to improve our frontend architecture. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality React.js applications with optimized performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement highly responsive user interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and share best practices.
• Utilize state management libraries like Redux or Context API for efficient state handling.
• Lead frontend development efforts and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance user experience and application functionality.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to fetch data and manage application state effectively.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web applications for maximum speed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies when appropriate.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow and application logic.
• Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues, delivering timely solutions to complex problems.
• Take ownership of features and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX is required.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code leveraging React best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git for efficient team collaboration.
