Frontend web developer (For the Digital Marketing team)

We are setting up a new Digital Marketing technology team that will be responsible for creating and managing our marketing web experiences. This team will partner closely with Marketing, Design, and Analytics to deliver high-quality websites, landing pages, campaign assets, and tracking solutions. Unlike product engineering teams that focus on building the core platform, this team’s focus is on marketing websites, campaign technology, and digital experience optimization.

We are seeking a visually driven Front-End Web Developer who can bring design to life — from concept to responsive page — within our WordPress/Elementor ecosystem. This role drives impact through UX enhancements, A/B testing, and fast, agile execution.

What You'll Do

• Convert Figma and Adobe Illustrator (AI) files into responsive, accessible WordPress pages using Elementor and custom code.
• Perform day-to-day web production tasks, including content updates, asset uploads, and layout adjustments.
• Create new page designs in Figma when needed, following brand guidelines.
• Ensure mobile-first, visually consistent, and WCAG-compliant user experiences.
• Monitor user behavior and iterate quickly on designs to reflect real data.
• Build pages with interactive elements, animations, and optimized assets.
• Design and run A/B tests and conversion experiments — apply results to improve UX and CRO.
• Analyze UX metrics (click maps, scroll depth, events) to recommend enhancements.
• Ensure front-end markup supports technical SEO (schema, mobile friendliness, internal links).
• Utilize AI tools to speed up design and build processes.
• Participate in monthly performance reviews alongside Role 1 to align UX data with technical reporting.
• Support collaborations with content, marketing, and technical teams on high-priority launches.
• Maintain flexible availability — including weekends and late hours — for urgent deadlines.
• Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  
  

What We Need

• Skilled in Figma and Adobe Illustrator, plus Elementor and WordPress front-end execution.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant frontend web development experience
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience running A/B tests and interpreting UX data.
• Proficiency in optimizing for technical SEO in front-end builds.
• Excellent designer-to-developer translation and collaboration.
• Comfortable using AI tools for design and build acceleration.
• Positive, communicative, and agile under tight timelines and complex use cases.
