Business Consulting – JD for Business Analyst (BCM)

Position: Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work as senior on multiple clients as a part of regulatory reporting implementation team.
• Facilitate and encourage the necessary conversations between the stakeholders (client and/or onshore team) to determine requirements
• Work independently with minimum supervision from the Onshore project team/client
• Provide technical guidance to the team as well as client as needed
• Be involved in project management as needed
• Mentor, train and inspire staffs to meet the project objectives.
• Proactively develop and impart training on new onboarded or upcoming initiatives for team members.
• Work on identifying process improvement areas and bring in the culture of automation.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in Banking Sector.
• Strong experience on finance or regulatory projects.
• Proven experience as a business analyst on regulatory reporting.
• Experience in requirements documentation and experience in all stages of project life cycle including analysis, design, build and test support and implementation.
• Should be knowledgeable and must have hands-on experience working on US regulatory reports namely: FRY 9C, FRY 15, FRY 14Q, 2052a, Call Reports (FFIEC 031, FFIEC 051 etc).
• Must have experience in understanding and interpreting the changes to US regulatory reports.
• Must have experience in writing test cases, test scripts and execution during testing phase.
• Good understanding of Regulatory Reporting financial products (Loans, Deposits and etc).
• Strong SQL knowledge, advanced excel and analytical skills.
• Good exposure to analytics and reporting tools like Axiom, Vermeg, OneSumX, different finance systems, databases.
• Experience with ETL tools, BI tools, JIRA, Confluence is a plus
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter with the ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment.
