What is the Business Analyst – Data Management Team responsible for?'
- As a Business Analyst – Data Management on the Data & AI team at Lexington Partners, you will contribute to delivering data engineering, analytics, and generative AI solutions that drive meaningful business impact. The ideal candidate has a growth and learning mindset, is detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical skills to navigate complex challenges. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within an established enterprise and able to quickly adapt to new tools and solutions. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing data infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making, and helping integrate AI across the organization #ASSOCIATE
What is the FTI System Analyst responsible for?
- Be a gatekeeper of data quality—monitor data quality metrics and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all data assets; contribute to data governance efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and prepare clear, concise reports, technical documentation, and presentations.
- Fulfill ad hoc data requests and operational support tasks.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations that support strategic business decisions.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx is a plus.
- Knowledge of corporate finance is a strong plus.
- Self-starter with a passion for learning new tools and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and ownership-driven mindset.
Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
