Riverline is a full-stack AI debt collection agency. We're building AI Agents that talk to defaulters that can handle tens of thousands of conversations with borrowers, understanding problems, not just sending reminders. This means that these agents have to be smart, patient and persistent!

We're building the OS for debt collections: a system where AI agents, decision engines, and workflows work together to replace traditional processes. You’ll help design the core logic that powers every conversation, tracks every promise, and drives collections at scale, reliably and respectfully.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship end-to-end: frontend, backend, infra, AI integrations.
• Deploy and scale AI agents that talk to thousands of borrowers daily.
• Use AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, GPT-5) in your daily workflow.

Who You Are

• 0-3 years of experience building software and AI
• Bias to ship: you’d rather ship today and fix tomorrow than over-plan.
• Full-stack engineer: comfort with both frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (FastAPI, Node, etc.).
• AI-native: you already use GPT-5, Claude, Cursor, or Copilot every day.
