Full Stack AI Engineer (WFH)

About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered web applications from frontend to backend.
2. Build and deploy production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
3. Integrate and optimize LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
4. Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, or Django.
5. Create responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js/Next.js.
6. Design and develop multi-agent AI workflows and automation systems.
7. Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI system performance and reliability.
8. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
9. Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability following best practices.
10. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
11. Optimize prompts, improve response quality, and reduce AI hallucinations.
12. Implement vector database solutions (Qdrant) for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
