Full Stack Blockchain Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Blockchain Developer with strong experience in the MERN stack, Next.js, and hands-on expertise in Solidity and modern blockchain ecosystems. Experience with Cosmos Network, Tendermint, or Cosmos SDK is a significant plus.

This role involves building scalable full-stack applications, developing smart contracts, integrating blockchain components, and contributing to the design and implementation of decentralized architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Next.js.
• Design, write, and deploy Solidity smart contracts on Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains.
• Integrate blockchain components with front-end and back-end systems.
• Work with Cosmos SDK, Tendermint, or CosmWasm to build or enhance blockchain modules (preferred).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to architect decentralized solutions.
• Implement Web3 features such as wallet integrations, on-chain transactions, and event listening.
• Maintain code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in MERN stack
• Solid experience with Next.js 12+.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying Solidity smart contracts.
• Understanding of Ethereum, EVM mechanics, gas optimization, and contract security.
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar blockchain libraries.
• Strong understanding of API development (REST, GraphQL).
• Version control with Git / GitHub / GitLab.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Cosmos SDK, Tendermint Core, CosmWasm smart contracts
• Exposure to layer-2 solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism).
• Experience with containerization and DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of Web3 security best practices.
