Full Stack Developer - C#/ASP/React.js

Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (35 years) who can go beyond code to understand and solve real business problems. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable writing efficient, scalable software and articulating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A successful candidate will combine solid development skills with logical reasoning, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Job Description

• Application Development :
• Design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and MS SQL.
• Implement user interfaces with React and modern JavaScript to create intuitive user experiences.
• Apply a solution-oriented approach to translate business requirements into clean, reliable code.
• Database Management :
• Write, review, and optimize SQL queries for data-heavy operations with a focus on performance and accuracy.
• Contribute to database design, ensuring consistency, security, and scalability.
• Collaboration & Teamwork :
• Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers to shape technical solutions that address real-world logistics challenges.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, whiteboard discussions, and design sessions to drive clarity and alignment across teams.
• Code Quality & Debugging :
• Follow best practices for clean code, version control, and documentation.
• Diagnose complex bugs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement robust fixes.
• Technology Innovation :
• Stay current with new technologies and development practices to continuously improve product quality.
• Contribute ideas for architectural improvements, refactoring opportunities, and better engineering processes.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using any of the following : C#, ASP.NET, React, JavaScript, SQL
• Strong interest in building full-stack applications and working in a product-driven environment
• Logical reasoning and a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn from peers and mentors
