Full Stack Developer - Fresher (WFH)

About the job:

This is NOT a typical software engineering job. We're looking for someone who can: write and review high-quality code, understand our existing codebase deeply and convert client requirements into intuitive features. You will act as the architect who helps us meet our clients' product expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Ship features (hands-on):
1. Build features across multiple stacks: Python (for ML/AI) + ReactJS (for Frontend) + Laravel (for Backend) + PostgreSQL (for database).

B. Manage deployments & infrastructure:
1. Work with Amazon EC2, Linux servers, Amazon RDS, S3.
2. Handle logging, server-level debugging, and production-ready best practices.

C. Requirement Understanding:
1. Convert business ideas into technical specifications.
2. Do QA testing before releases.

D. Work closely with clients:
1. Join client calls & support calls.
2. Understand their workflow, pain points, and requirements.
3. Debug live issues and coordinate fixes with engineering.
