Overview
About the internship:
Every developer at Flexiele is provided a Claude Code subscription. We treat AI as a core part of the engineering workflow, for code navigation, debugging, feature development, and code review. You won't need to memorize our entire codebase on day one. You'll need to know how to work with it intelligently.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and enhance features across HRMS modules using React, MUI, Node.js, and MySQL
2. Work with shared platform libraries (Form Builder, Workflow, Grid, CRUD) - understand them deeply before modifying them
3. Debug issues across the full stack, from UI events to API layer to database queries
4. Use Claude Code daily to navigate unfamiliar parts of the codebase, accelerate development, and validate your approach
5. Participate in code reviews with attention to architecture consistency and impact on shared components

MySQL, Node.js and ReactOther Requirements:
1. Strong fundamentals in React including component architecture, hooks, and state management, with familiarity in MUI as a plus
2. Knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for building REST APIs, including middleware patterns, async/await, and error handling
3. Ability to write and optimize MySQL queries
4. A debugging mindset with a systematic approach to exploring and resolving issues in unfamiliar codebases
5. Comfort in using AI coding tools with the ability to evaluate, verify, and refine generated outputs
