1. Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
3. Debug and fix bugs, ensuring application performance and quality.
4. Collaborate and communicate effectively with senior developers and team members.
5. Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest Node.js and industry trends.
