Role Description
As a Fullstack Developer, you will be a versatile and critical member of our development team.
You will leverage your expertise in both frontend and backend technologies to design, develop, test, and deploy robust web applications.

You will leverage your expertise in both frontend and backend technologies to design, develop, test, and deploy robust web applications.
Your Ability To Troubleshoot Across The Entire Stack, Optimize Performance, And Ensure Seamless Integration Between Frontend And Backend Systems Will Be Essential For Delivering Exceptional User
- Work on both frontend (primarily Next.js with JavaScript/TypeScript) and backend (primarily FastAPI and Node.js with JavaScript/TypeScript) development.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with the team on design and development decisions, providing valuable technical insights.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with designers to implement user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Partner with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Debug full-stack issues across frontend and backend using tools like Chrome DevTools, Postman, and Log Monitoring (ELK Stack or similar).
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and functional defects.
- Proactively monitor application health and address potential issues.
- Optimize and debug applications for better performance and scalability.
- Implement caching strategies and other performance-enhancing techniques.
- Conduct performance testing and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems, including API design and implementation.
- Integrate with third-party services and APIs as required.
- Build and maintain full-stack applications with scalability, reliability, and maintainability in mind.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in full-stack development.
- Work with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases, including schema design and query :
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with the required Stack :
- Frontend : Proficient in Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) is a plus.
- Backend : Strong experience with FastAPI (Python) and Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming and RESTful API design principles.
- Databases : Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, including database design and query optimization.
- Tools : Proficient in using Git for version control, build tools (e.g., npm, yarn, pip), Chrome DevTools, Postman (or similar API testing tools), and log monitoring tools (e.g., ELK Stack,
