Full Stack Developer - L3

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

• Develop and maintain dynamic, user-facing features using ReactJS,Node JS,JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Act as an individual contributor, collaborating closely with backend teams to deliver seamless, responsive web applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with modern development standards.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces, ensuring technical feasibility and design fidelity.
• Integrate with backend services, especially those built in Python.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar role in web application development.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with React Fluent UI or equivalent design systems.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) or CSS-in-JS.
• Experience with frontend build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack or Vite.
• Integration experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows.
