ISMG's Athena Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the flawless delivery of our cutting-edge products. Job Summary:
The PHP/Front-End Developer will support ISMG’s Marketing Division by maintaining and enhancing custom applications, managing APIs and data sources, and improving data workflows across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work extensively within ISMG’s custom CMA system, a centralized marketing and project management platform used by a large, globally distributed team
- Collaborate closely with marketing and data operations teams to support their business goals
- Research and recommend new technologies, driving adoption where appropriate
- Design and develop dashboards for marketing, operations, and executive teams
- Optimize the flow of data across marketing systems, eliminating data silos
- Contribute to process automation and efficiency initiatives using modern tools and techniques
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional web development experience
- Expert-level knowledge of MySQL, including database design, administration, stored procedures, and performance optimization
- Expert knowledge of PHP and WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development
- Experience with the LAMP/WAMP stack
- Strong front-end development skills, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON, and jQuery
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js, React, or Angular (preferred)
- Proficient in Git version control and platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket
- Solid understanding of enterprise-level application development and object-oriented design principles
- Experience with developing and integrating APIs
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX design and responsive front-end frameworks like Bootstrap
- Working knowledge of automation tools and AI-driven technologies, especially those relevant to marketing and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with tools like Excel (including macros), Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics APIs is a plus
