Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Stack Developer (Python + React) to join our dynamic engineering team. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance web applications that solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack web applications using Python (Django or Flask) and React.js
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and build scalable solutions
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components seamlessly
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across both frontend and backend
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code with proper documentation
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement processes
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development
- Proficient in Python, with strong experience in Django or Flask
- Solid expertise in React.js and modern frontend ecosystems (Hooks, Redux, JSX)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Understanding of authentication methods (OAuth, JWT)
- Exposure to testing frameworks like PyTest, Jest, or React Testing Library
