We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in modern web and app development. The ideal candidate is proficient in JavaScript (React, Node.js) and has backend experience in either Python or Java, along with strong API design/consumption skills. This role will contribute to building scalable, performant web applications and services that serve internal and external customers.

We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in modern web and app development. The ideal candidate is proficient in JavaScript (React, Node.js) and has backend experience in either Python or Java, along with strong API design/consumption skills. This role will contribute to building scalable, performant web applications and services that serve internal and external customers.
Core Skills Required
- Frontend : JavaScript, React (hooks, state management, component-driven design), responsive UI implementation.
- Backend : Node.js plus one of : Python (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) or Java (Spring Boot, Jakarta EE).
- APIs : RESTful and/or GraphQL API design, implementation, and integration; familiarity with API versioning, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
- Databases : Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) data stores.
- DevOps/Tooling : Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and basic cloud/deployment concepts is a plus.
- Testing : Unit/integration testing on frontend and backend; familiarity with test frameworks (Jest, PyTest, JUnit, etc.).
- Performance & Optimization : Profiling, caching strategies, and web performance best practices.
- Architect, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js with Python or Java on the backend.
- Design and implement scalable and secure RESTful/GraphQL APIs consumed by web/mobile clients.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
- Integrate third-party services and internal microservices via APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns.
- Build automated tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to improving code quality across the team.
- Debug, profile, and resolve production issues; monitor application health.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
- Mentor junior developers and help elevate team technical standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose adoption where it adds value.
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Proven track record of shipping web applications in production.
- Strong understanding of web security principles (XSS, CSRF, CORS, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
