About Us
Trackzio Mobile Application Pvt Ltd is a 1.5-year-old mobile apps studio building products in productivity, wellness, health tracking, and AI-based niche domains. Our apps include habit trackers, self-care tools, baby health trackers, and AI tools for collectors and hobbyists (minerals, coins, insects, etc.).
We are a 10-member team on a zero-to-one journey, building apps that help people lead better and more organized lives.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB. You will work on both mobile applications and backend services and help build key features across our multi-app ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with the co-founder, designers, and other developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native, from architecture planning to final deployment.
• Build backend APIs, services, and integrations using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Design efficient database schemas and manage scalable backend architecture.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.
• Debug issues across the stack and ensure stable app releases.
• Work with product and design teams to translate ideas into high-quality features.
• Learn from senior members and gradually take ownership of modules end-to-end.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native, JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Has worked on both android and ios devlopment and deployment
• Self-starter and independent
• Ability to design and consume REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of mobile app structure, state management, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience in early-stage startups is preferred.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
