About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer - (SRE) with a strong full-stack development background. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our SaaS applications while actively contributing to the development and maintenance of both frontend and backend technologies. You will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices for application performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the reliability and performance of SaaS applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, collaborating closely with frontend and backend engineering teams to identify and fix bugs.
• Support defect tracking efforts, working with engineers across the stack to resolve issues and deliver reliable software.
• Collaborate with other SREs on best practices for reliability, performance, and full-stack application development.
• Document support procedures, runbooks, and incident reports to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to documentation that enhances understanding and collaboration between internal teams and customers.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and user experience.
• Proven experience of 2+ years in a Full Stack Developer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular (version 8).
• Proficiency in back-end development with Java (version 11) or similar technologies.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and the ability to write efficient queries.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience in defect tracking processes and methodologies is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work shifts as needed.
