Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Rust.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets project requirements.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Code Review and Mentoring:
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on Rust programming language and software engineering principles.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Rust language and ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance development efficiency.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in Rust programming language.
• Drive architectural decisions and participate in design discussions.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on Rust programming language.
• Experience with systems programming, concurrency, and low-level programming concepts.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with development tools and libraries in the Rust ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
