Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience specializing in React JS for frontend development and Laravel for backend development. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-quality web applications.
• Develop user interfaces using React JS and ensure seamless integration with backend services built on Laravel.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Work with version control systems such as Git and adhere to agile development practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with a focus on React JS and Laravel.
• Frontend Skills: Strong knowledge of React JS, including hooks, context API, and state management (e.g., Redux).
• Backend Skills: Solid experience with Laravel and building RESTful APIs.
• Database Management: Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and understanding of database design and optimization.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git for version control and working in collaborative environments.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and performance optimization.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with other modern frontend technologies (e.g., Next.js, TypeScript) or backend frameworks is a plus.

• This position is on-site only at our Surat office.
• Only Surat-based candidates or those willing to relocate to Surat will be considered.
