About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Full Stack Developer with strong Machine Learning expertise who can help architect and build intelligent systems that understand and respond to user queries. In this role, you will not only shape the backend logic using Python (Django or other scalable frameworks) but also contribute to building clean and intuitive front-end experiences. Your work will be at the intersection of AI, user experience, and backend performance—critical to shaping how people interact with next-gen AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, modular, and secure backend systems using Python-based frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support AI/ML-powered features and user-facing applications.
• Integrate with external services and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, internal APIs) to support AI-driven use cases.
• Develop efficient backend logic for handling large volumes of queries, user sessions, and data storage with performance in mind.
• Implement and manage vector search systems (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) and database schemas to support document retrieval pipelines.
• Collaborate with frontend and data teams to connect backend logic to UI and search experiences.
• Build features to support real-time interactions, such as chat interfaces and dynamic content delivery.
• Conduct regular code reviews, performance optimizations, and ensure adherence to Python best practices and security standards.
• Contribute to technical architecture, documentation, and agile planning sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python with 2+ years of experience in backend web development.
• Expertise in frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask, and understanding of MVC architecture.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and asynchronous processing (e.g., Celery, asyncio).
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases, and familiarity with ORMs like Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.
• Working knowledge of vector databases or structured search systems (e.g., Elasticsearch, FAISS, Pinecone) is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
• Strong understanding of Git, version control workflows, and collaborative development practices.
• Frontend experience is a plus, especially in React.js , with attention to UI responsiveness and clean UX.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS for deploying and scaling backend services.
• Good understanding of system security, data privacy practices, and performance optimization techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
