Program Overview: Our 3-month training program offers real-world experience in the IT industry and a pathway to a job with a structured growth plan. During the training, you will work with cross-functional teams on live projects, learning essential skills for your role. After successfully completing the training, you will transition to a full-time position with competitive compensation and an opportunity for professional development.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in live projects, collaborating with expert teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Develop and apply skills in your field of interest, using industry-standard tools and methodologies
• Assist in software development, data analysis, business strategy, quality assurance, and more
• Support cloud, DevOps, and network infrastructure projects for scalability and performance
• Learn agile methodologies, project management practices, and the essentials of your specific role

Qualifications:

• Completed graduation / post-graduation
• Basic knowledge in your chosen role (e.g., programming for developers, data analysis for analysts)
• Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
