About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the latest technologies in the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly features
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and modern design patterns
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile development processes
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design
• Solid understanding of React.js and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development
• Proficient in working with MongoDB, including aggregation, indexing, and performance tuning
• Experience in integrating APIs and working with RESTful services
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Understanding of deployment using platforms like Heroku, Vercel, AWS, or Docker
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
