Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, Next.js, and Java (Spring Boot) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both frontend and backend responsibilities, building scalable web applications, and contributing to product architecture and technical design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, and NodeJS.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement innovative solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices in software engineering.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Ensure security, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to improve application performance and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, including hooks, component lifecycle, and state management.
• Proficient in Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.
• Solid experience with NodeJS and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with Java, specifically Spring Boot framework.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of front-end performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹369,118.32 - ₹1,020,879.89 per year
