🔧 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable systems, solving real-world problems, and growing alongside a founder-led startup.



⏱️ Work Hours

8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour workday)


💰 Compensation

Stipend: ₹6,000/month (post-trial)
Equity-Linked Profit Share: 2% of Gross Profit, distributed annually
(Expected Annual Revenue Range: ₹5L – ₹60L)


🧪 Interview Process

30-Day Trial Period
Candidate handles food & accommodation (₹8,000 total)
Prove your value – secure your core position


🛑 Leave Policy

Only granted for:
Marriage (siblings or direct cousins)
Medical emergencies
