Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our company. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing secure web applications that support our operational requirements. This is a critical role that requires technical expertise, attention to security protocols, and the ability to work proactively in a confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development

• Design and develop robust web and mobile applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Develop responsive and intuitive UIs
• Build scalable backend systems and APIs using Laravel, .NET, Python or similar technologies.
• Implement secure authentication and authorisation mechanisms.

Database Management

• Design and optimise database structures using MongoDB, MSSQL or similar technologies.
• Implement efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms.
• Maintain data integrity and implement backup strategies.
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization.

System Integration & Maintenance

• Integrate applications with existing agency systems and third-party services.
• Conduct thorough testing including unit testing, integration testing, and security testing.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed applications.
• Document technical specifications and maintain code repositories.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.

Security & Compliance

• Implement security best practices in all development activities.
• Ensure compliance with agency security policies and government regulations.
• Participate in security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
• Maintain confidentiality of all project information and data.

Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Laravel, React, .NET, and Python.
• Proficiency in database technologies: MSSQL, SQLite and MongoDB.
• Experience with web development frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and development tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

• Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
