Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing full-stack web applications. As a MERN developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and performant web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to implement responsive and interactive front-end interfaces.
• Create RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Manage MongoDB databases, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a MERN stack developer.
• Proficiency in:
• MongoDB (including Mongoose or native drivers)
• Express.js
• React.js (Hooks, Redux or Context API)
• Node.js
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
• Basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (optional but preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Firebase) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
