What You'll Build

• AI-powered real estate tools using LLMs for broker workflows
• Modern web apps with Next.js that professionals actually want to use
• Smart data systems that make sense of complex real estate information
• AI integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP)

What We Need

Must-Haves:

• Next.js expertise and modern React
• Python for backend development
• LLM integration experience
• MCP knowledge (Model Context Protocol)
• Self-management skills - own projects end-to-end
• Startup mindset - thrive in ambiguity, love building from scratch

Nice-to-Haves:

• Real estate/PropTech experience
• Data-heavy applications background
• Small team experience
