About Us
At Facctum, we're creating innovative, secure, and scalable web applications that empower organizations in a data-driven world. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our collaborative development team. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with a strong foundation in front-end and back-end JavaScript technologies, relational databases, and basic AWS services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust front-end applications using React.js
- Build and maintain scalable back-end services with Node.js and Express.js
- Integrate front-end and back-end components using RESTful APIs
- Implement responsive, performant UIs with reusable components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Manage and optimize relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Work with MongoDB and ensure smooth data integration with RDBMS where needed
- Deploy and monitor applications using basic AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, CloudWatch)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack
- Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in JavaScript development, cloud, and web security.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with React.js and Node.js expertise
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Strong experience with Redux or other state management tools
- Familiarity with RESTful API architecture
- Solid understanding of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
- Proficient with Git and version control workflows
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and experience with MongoDB
- Working knowledge of AWS services used in deployment and monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Familiarity with Docker or containerization tools
- Understanding of security best practices for web applications
- Familiarity with WebSockets
