About BeastDrive:

BeastDrive is India’s first and only survival car rally, spanning 3,000+ km across 10 cities in South India. It blends adventure sports, automotive thrill, and gamified challenges into one massive real-world competition. As the tech backbone of the event, we’re building in-house tools including a custom CRM, participant tracking app, and real-time leaderboard system.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of our internal tools and participant-facing platforms. This role will involve building scalable, user-friendly applications for registration, scoring, logistics, and analytics that will power the BeastDrive experience end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end systems for BeastDrive platforms.
• Build custom tools like:
• CRM for participant tracking and management
• Scoring dashboards and live leaderboards
• Registration portal with secure payment integration
• Mobile-optimized event check-in and QR code system
• Collaborate with the event, design, and operations teams to build usable, efficient interfaces.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and mobile use.
• Ensure security best practices, especially in user data and payment handling.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues in real time during live events.

Tech Stack (Preferred):

• Frontend: React.js / Next.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django/Flask is a bonus)
• Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Others: Git, RESTful APIs, Firebase, AWS, Docker (preferred)

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a full stack or web developer.
• Proven experience developing scalable web apps.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and own the tech pipeline.
• Passion for startups, events, or adventure tech is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
