About Product & Role
PlanInsta is Wytmode’s latest product, a lightweight, AI-powered business planning assistant built to help founders, creators, and consultants generate complete business plans within minutes. It offers smart templates, AI-driven financials, and export-ready documents for business strategy, pitch decks, and investor communication.
As a Full-Stack Developer at Wytmode Cloud, you’ll work at the bleeding edge of no-code and AI orchestration. This role isn’t about maintaining legacy systems - it’s about building the future of software creation itself. You’ll architect robust services, craft elegant UIs, wire up intelligent agents, and deploy scalable apps directly to the edge - all inside a team obsessed with speed, quality, and user-centric design.
We’re looking for a product-minded engineer - someone who’s as comfortable optimizing a backend data pipeline as they are tweaking Tailwind spacing or debating the best way to expose AI agents through a public API. You’ll collaborate directly with founders, shape core product features, and iterate fast with real users from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Python (FastAPI), or Go, with emphasis on performance, testability, and modularity.
- Develop and refine responsive front-end interfaces in React (or Svelte/Vue), using modern tooling like TailwindCSS and ShadCN.
- Integrate AI-driven features - including LLM endpoints, auto-suggest logic, and workflow analysis.
- Own full vertical features, from DB schema to user experience, ensuring seamless hand-offs between backend and frontend logic.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments - including support for blue/green releases, staging previews, and test automation.
- Collaborate across functions (design, product, ops) to brainstorm, prioritize, and execute new product ideas with an MVP-first mindset.
- Write clean, documented, and test-covered code, actively participating in code reviews and promoting engineering excellence within the team.
- Debug, monitor, and optimize production issues and edge-case bugs with speed and ownership, using built-in observability tools.

Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with real-world product deployments to show for it.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with React.js, Node.js, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSockets, and database technologies like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Comfort with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tooling.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — especially in async-first and remote-friendly setups.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FastAPI, Go, or serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Vercel Functions, etc.).
- Exposure to LLM-based tools, prompt-engineering, or multi-agent architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps workflows, deployment pipelines, and edge/serverless infrastructure.
- Prior work on SaaS platforms, automation tools, or internal platforms for developer productivity.
- Contributions to open-source projects, side-hustles, or a history of shipping personal experiments.
- Familiarity with testing libraries (Jest, Playwright, Pytest) and best practices in TDD/BDD.
