Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable applications using MERN stack and Python. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both backend and frontend technologies, have strong problem-solving abilities, and be capable of mentoring junior developers and owning project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and scale robust backend systems using Node.js and Python.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components to ensure seamless functionality.
• Design and develop web and Android-based applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform unit and integration testing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all development work.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create smooth and user-friendly interfaces.
• Leverage MongoDB for data modeling, performance tuning, and storage.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance when needed.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN stack).
• Proven backend experience with Python and Node.js.
• Experience with cloud services, especially AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Good understanding of software development best practices and scalable architecture.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
