Full Stack Developer

Overview

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust full-stack web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, etc.).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement and manage databases (SQL, NoSQL) and ensure data consistency and integrity.

Project Ownership

• Take full responsibility for project lifecycles — from gathering requirements to final deployment and post-launch support.
• Create project timelines, identify risks, and manage deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate directly with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.
• Drive product quality through code reviews, testing practices, and performance monitoring.

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and present ideas clearly.
• Document development processes, systems architecture, and user guides as needed.
• Mentor junior developers and support team development with your experience and leadership.

Leadership & Initiative

• Proactively identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
• Lead by example in coding standards, troubleshooting, and development practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term tech strategy.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in full stack development (minimum 3+ years).
• Strong front-end and back-end coding skills.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, CI/CD, Git workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects single-handedly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
