Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on Backend development using Node.js. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.
- Create and integrate APIs and manage server-side logic.
- Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Node.js backend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Good to Have:
- Experience with React.js and/or Angular.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.
- Exposure to full-stack application development and deployment.
