We are hiring a Full Stack developer with hands-on experience in React JS, React Native, Python, Node.js, and database systems. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional ready to lead a team in building high-performance web and mobile applications, ensuring code quality, and driving engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Define architecture, set technical direction, and drive development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to clean code principles and performance standards.
- Full Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Build responsive web UIs using React JS, Typescript and performant mobile apps using React Native.
- Develop robust backend systems using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and Node.js.
- Database Management
- Design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Write efficient, secure queries and support data-driven decision-making across the stack.
- API Integration
- Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Ensure seamless communication between front-end, mobile, and backend components.
- Code Quality & Testing
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability.
- Champion automated testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer.
- Strong expertise in:
- React JS and React Native
- Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Node.js for server-side development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end workflows.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience transitioning web apps to mobile using React Native.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
- Open-source contributions or technical blog authorship.
